Job Overview The Brand Management Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of brand categories and its portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies and contributing to company goals. Key Responsibilities - Lead and deploy marketing strategies under a unified approach for 3 countries. - Develop annual game plans for owned brand categories under a single strategy. - Oversee innovation processes for the 3 countries under a unified approach. - Implement brand strategies and ensure alignment of marketing activities and communication. - Establish guidelines for specific marketing processes. - Guarantee excellent execution of marketing plans in collaboration with local stakeholders. - Collaborate with Media Managers to lead and deploy media plans, ensuring category goals and competitiveness. - Track and deploy local tasks involving business tracking and execution. - Analyze the brand and current strategy, highlighting areas of weakness, threats, opportunities, and strengths, as well as competition tracking. Requirements To excel in this role, you will require: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management, or a related field. - Master's degree is an asset. - Results-driven individual with strategic thinking and critical mindset. - Excellent organizational and structured skills. - Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
