The Key Account Manager Export Markets takes responsibility for leading Distributors in Andean, to drive business results for the Aesthetic portfolio in North Region. The KAM Export Markets is responsible for maximize the growth, development of the business and measure the distributors performance, focusing resources on the constant search for representative accounts of the market that add sales and market share to the management of distributors in the assigned countries, through the implementation of commercial policies, initiatives of excellence of business, education programs for both sales force and HCPs and marketing actions in accordance with current compliance policies. Responsabilities: - Build and lead the footprint of expansion in Andean Region, mainly Peru, Ecuador and Venezuela through development of current and new distributors, developing current accounts, penetration and development of the portfolio in the panels, support for the generation and growth of new accounts, evaluation and impact of Mkt and AMI programs implemented. - Build direct relationships with distributors, key customers, KOLs and industry bodies. - Deliver on the sales objectives on a quarterly and annual basis through construction of the purchase plan based on Sell out with distributors, analysis of coverage of territories by country. - Monitoring of commercial policies of the distributor, competitors and market trends in each assigned country. - Develop strong customer and distributors relationships. - Establish appropriate operating frameworks for the different sales teams and distributors. - Lead cross functional planning activities to ensure a thorough operational plan for success is developed including direct marketing activities - Design and measure adecuate commercial policies for each country, aligned with Region North strategy. - Ensure compliance and adherence to Allergan’s code of conduct/policies. **Qualifications**: - This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / industrial engineering / health sciences (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent experience - Postgraduate degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent. - Able to demonstrate substantial success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Able to engage and influence stakeholders to ensure the best cross-functional thinking and results
