Job Title: Business Development Representative - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate market. - Identify qualified leads and schedule appointments for our acquisition team. Key Responsibilities Include: 1. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS VIA OUTBOUND CALLS 2. GENERATING NEW BUSINESS LEADS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION 3. MANAGING DATABASE OF POTENTIAL CLIENTS TO STAY ORGANIZED AND EFFICIENT Requirements include: - Previous cold calling experience is required. - Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). - Able to communicate in Spanish language preferred but not required. - Customer service experience strongly preferred. - Real estate sales experience strongly preferred. - Must be able and willing to follow process. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly. - Comfortable with remote work and using digital tools and CRM systems. - Must possess necessary equipment for remote work (high internet speed, excellent desktop, noise canceling headset, and backup for electricity and internet issues). - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively and efficiently. - Self motivated and goal oriented. - High level of professionalism and integrity.
