Hiring for a Reservations Staff role, we are looking for individuals who can effectively coordinate each reservation ensuring guest satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recording all details of incoming calls and processing reservation requests according to standards. - Maximize quality levels of product, service and guest satisfaction. - Encourage upselling and meet set revenue targets each month. - Be fully aware of the hotel's sales strategy, rates, packages, groups and booking status at all times. - Process and respond within 24 hours to all reservation requests. - Ensure that all guest satisfaction issues are reported, monitored and followed up in a timely manner. - Monitor daily arrivals by ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled and that all expectations are met. We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and persuasiveness, stress resistance and an organized working method, flexibility, accuracy and helpfulness, good level of English both verbal and written and always thinking one step ahead and attention to detail.
