Come be a part of our team - you’ll work with great people, pioneering products and cutting-edge technology. **What You'll Bring**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with 6+hghg or more years of management / leadership experience in product acquisition and management (P&L; ownership preferred), product strategy, digital channels and marketing analytics, and business development. Management consulting experience and MBA preferred - Experience in Financial Services & FinTech industries is required - Ability to effectively develop relationships, engage, advice, and persuasively communicate with FinTech & FS P&L;, risk and marketing executives in face-to-face scenarios demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility and sound judgment - Business maturity, and strong leadership and listening skills with the ability to analyze input from customers, partners, TransUnion associates, market and environmental trends, to identify and clearly articulate needs and opportunities for growth - Program management, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources and teams to maximize business conversion. Experience working in a matrixed environment preferred, collaborating across teams and functions - Strong analytical and insight-driven problem-solving skills, independence, initiative, business acumen, and exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to speak at large conference settings - Ability to travel at least 25% of the time and perform other duties as assigned - Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making and communication skills. - A high work ethic combined with vision. **Impact You'll Make**: **Dynamic of the Role** We are looking for a dynamic individual who will develop and execute business development strategies to ensure growth and achieve of revenue objectives within our Financial and Fitech Sector. by increasing product coverage and penetrate new accounts across all TransUnion Product Offerings to achieve and significantly exceed targets. Understand the FinTech and Finatial Services ecosystem and its broad categories and push for existing Product adoption across a broad category of FinTechs/Startups and new banks, streamline commercials, contracts & invoicing across the portfolio. Leading and internally across functions such as Products, Operations & IT to ensure high quality service delivery at FS and Fintech Accounts The individual must able to drive and lead at the highest level of client service and improve relationships in the process. The individual must build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and transformational business opportunities. **How you will contribute**: - Responsible for achieving the annual revenue of FS and Fitech verticals. - Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts. - Be the face for the most part of the company with key accounts. - Lead conversations to drive growth, build and maintain senior relationships with all key account players, including an understanding of their purchasing criteria. - Provides sales coverage for accounts with significant potential. - Mentors other associates on sales techniques, tools and best practices. - Consistently demonstrates a high level of competency in key skills and behaviors (e.g. consultative selling, prospecting, and solution development). - Displays advanced industry knowledge. - Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making and communication skills including a perfect command of English and Spanish.
