Customer Service Representative We are seeking a customer-obsessed representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through every interaction. Responsibilities: - Be customer-focused in all interactions and prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. - Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions tailored to their specific needs. - Inform customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing accurate information. - Deliver on commitments, do what you say you will do, and follow through on promises made to customers. - Resolve customer issues same day, at most within 24 hours, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing the risk of escalation. - Always provide correct information to customers and listen carefully to understand their true needs and concerns. - Exhibit empathy and respect in every customer interaction, demonstrating a positive attitude and professionalism at all times. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Passion for delivering stand-out customer experiences is essential. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective customer engagement. - Ability to ask probing questions and resolve problems efficiently is critical. - Ability to follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks and work within a high-pressure environment. - Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation while providing exceptional customer service is required. - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment (85% - 90%) and French language (85% - 90%) is necessary. - Financial services or banking background is preferred. - Flexibility with schedules and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays, or extra shifts to meet business needs is required.
