We’re looking for a highly motivated Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate client campaigns and elevate our internal brand presence. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone experienced in Meta paid ads, passionate about growth marketing, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced digital team. You’ll play a key role in managing paid media, crafting compelling ad creatives, executing social content strategies, and supporting minor web enhancements. Responsibilities - Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) - Create persuasive ad copy and engaging visuals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma - Execute and maintain the social content calendar (IG, FB, Linked In) - Apply basic website updates (minor HTML/CSS, UX tweaks, or Word Press edits) - Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest optimization strategies - Collaborate withthe internal team using tools like Notion for project/task management Requirements - Proven experience managing Meta paid ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for ad and social creatives - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail - Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability - Fluent in written and verbal English communication - Familiarity with Notion or similar task management tools Nice to Have - Knowledge of Google Ads campaign setup and optimization - Experience with short-form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, Stories) - Basic understanding of UX/UI and optimizing user journeys - Word Press development or design experience Benefits - Fully remote position - Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM AEST - Equivalent to 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM COT (Colombian Time) on the previous day - Opportunity for paid overtime during campaign launches - Path to full-time role with performance-based raises - Paid training and upskilling opportunities - Long-term role with a collaborative remote team culture
