The Job We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, developing comprehensive account strategies for long-term success, and driving meaningful impact across our business. Your Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer value and satisfaction. - Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and optimal sentiment. - Buid robust relationships with senior stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and outcomes. - Capture product and operational feedback from customers, prioritizing requirements based on risk, urgency, and revenue impact. - Project manage internal stakeholders to deliver priority items, setting clear expectations with customers along the way. - Drive adoption of platform features, leading to improved customer experience and retention.
