We are looking for a visionary leader to drive the growth of our sales strategy in modern channels. This role is critical in expanding market penetration, increasing revenue, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel management, strategic planning, and team leadership. They will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate goals, identifying opportunities to expand market share, and driving sales growth through modern channels. Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for modern channels - Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand market share and drive sales growth through modern channels - Acquire new clients - Ensure the growth of numerical and weighted distribution across all business segments - Ensure flawless execution at points of sale in the modern channel - Buid and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers - Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with objectives - Ensure the professional development of each member of their team - Manage demand forecasts and coordinate inventory levels to optimize channel performance - Monitor and analyze channel performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics - Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related - 12+ years of experience in Sales - Full experience in mass consumption companies, managing brands with high investment budgets and in highly competitive markets - Full-time experience working on cross-functional projects - Fluent in English and Spanish - Availability to travel - Driver's license
