As a Sales Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales plans, and managing the performance of your team. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: - Leading, training and motivating your sales team to achieve sales targets - Developing and executing strategic plans to reach sales goals and expand the customer base - Directing and managing the performance and development of your team members - Providing training and counseling to ensure targets are met The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with strong experience in IoT and Telematics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, excellent leadership skills and a strong ability to motivate and manage teams. Additionally, they should have fluency in English, both spoken and written, and be able to adapt quickly to new situations.
