Job Description We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our business operations in Colombia, achieving market leadership and sustainable growth through strategic vision and cross-functional excellence. 1. Develop and execute a country strategy aligned with global objectives, ensuring full accountability for sales targets, market share, and profitability (KPIs, Revenue, ROI). - Drive market penetration across retail/e-commerce/channel partners, leveraging established relationships with key accounts and distributors. 1. Oversee sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and compliance functions, mitigating regulatory risks and ensuring 100% legal compliance in the Colombian market. 1. Lead a multi-functional team, fostering talent pipeline and high-performance culture, and coach senior managers to exceed business goals. 1. Engage with government entities, distributors, and key accounts, building strategic partnerships and representing the company at national industry forums. Required Skills & Qualifications Non-Negotiables: - 15+ years of experience in Home Appliances/Consumer Electronics (OEM, brand, or retail). - 5+ years as Country Head/GM with full P&L; responsibility. - Proven success in Colombian/LATAM market dynamics and distribution landscape. - Fluent English and Spanish (written & verbal). Critical Competencies: - Leadership: Managed teams in matrix organizations. - Commercial Acumen: Expertise in channel strategy, trade marketing, pricing. - Agility: Navigated market volatility (e.g., currency fluctuations, supply chain disruption).
