Senior Credit Controller This is a Mid-Senior level, Full-time position in the General Business department at NielsenIQ. Job Description The Senior Credit Controller will be responsible for controlling and reducing third-party debt through proactive management of the assigned trade debtors ledger. Key performance indicators include DSO, Receivable overdue, Collection ratio, Dispute TAT, and average time on dispute resolution. The successful candidate will work closely with Revenue Associates and Revenue Controllers to ensure all basic key performance indicators align and collection target fulfillment is achieved. Additional responsibilities include: - Monitoring and recording customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Identifying overdue portfolios to avoid possible contingencies in the recovery of resources - Requesting and supporting re-invoicing according to client specifications - Providing customer service regarding collection issues and resolving disputes and short payments - Working with commercial teams to ensure all incoming queries are promptly resolved Requirements: - Experience in an international company, preferably within a SSC/BPO environment, within Order to Cash or Procure to Pay area - University degree (finance, accounting, business, or related field) - Very good level of English language - Functional knowledge of MS Excel, SAP, Sidetrade (optional) or other ERP and/or Collection and Dispute Management software - The ability to cooperate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization - Very good understanding of customer services - Accuracy and strong attention to detail What does Success mean for this role? A successful Collector will have built a successful working relationship with Revenue Associates and Revenue Controllers, and will have ensured all basic key performance indicators pertaining to Account Receivables align, Collection target fulfillment, average time on disputes resolution and DBO are achieved for the respective market.
