Responsibilities: Call HVAC installation leads within 1 minute of receiving them. Collect information to provide estimates. Answer customer questions via phone, text, and email. Follow up with unresponsive leads. Promote Team Enoch to potential customers. Pay: $900 per month, plus $5 per qualified lead. A qualified lead is a customer who provides system information via photos of their condenser tag and indoor system. Hours: Monday to Friday: Core hours are 11 AM - 7 PM CST. Saturday: On call from 11 AM - 9 PM CST. During on-call times, you must have access to fast internet to call leads and respond to customer messages. Training: For the first three weeks, you will work directly with the Manager Learn HVAC technical knowledge. Review Miles's sales calls. Practice answering leads with daily mock calls.
