**Role Purpose** The Sales Manager for the Western **Region**is responsible for leading business growth and quality of sales service, in which he/she must promote satisfactory service standards for existing customers as well as increase the customer base and sales volume for the region. He/she is also responsible for the management of the Account Executives. **Main Responsibilities** - **Building a successful team**:Building a highly skilled sales team. Focus on activities designed to achieve business goals and exceed customer expectations. - **Understanding the customer well**:knowing all aspects of the customer's activity and needs in order to develop solutions that satisfy them and allow you to maintain their loyalty - **Demonstrate product, organizational and network knowledge**:Demonstrate a credible level of knowledge of our products, services and organization to provide our customers with appropriate solutions **Qualifications** Professional in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or related fields. **Experience** With intermediate-advanced knowledge of the English language. Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the commercial/sale. With knowledge in foreign trade, sales point management and operations management.
