You'll manage bookings, align with internal teams, ensure accuracy in data, and support global clientele from contract to arrival. You'll bridge systems and service in the new world of flexible stays, applying your knowledge of rate plans, room types, and products across existing and new assets. Your role will involve communicating proactively with Property Teams to align on weekly Hospitality Sales guest expectations and specific needs. As part of our team, you'll maintain comprehensive knowledge of unique properties and their surrounding areas to communicate effectively with clients. You'll also review all reservations to ensure correct rate plans, accurate billing details, and proper routing setup. Your daily tasks will include managing new and existing reservations for internal stakeholders, including corporate, group, and internal travel bookings. You'll operate as the inventory gatekeeper and perform basic analyses of room nights, rates, and revenue data. You'll prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory usage reports and generate reports on demand. Additionally, you'll collect and enter data accurately for reporting and analysis, conducting strategic data analysis to support decision-making and planning. Required Skills and Qualifications We seek individuals with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, demonstrated proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including word processing, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Teams. Experience with Apaleo, Monday.com, and Hubspot CRM is a plus. Self-starters with results-driven mindsets who can work independently and develop creative solutions to complex problems are ideal candidates. Systematic and process-oriented minds with strong administrative skills are also highly valued. Comfortable with change, thrives in dynamic environments, and possesses a team-oriented mindset with compassion for guest support.
