Job Description This is a remote position. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM Austria Time with 1-hour unpaid break Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage our social media presence, drive marketing campaigns, and set appointments with potential clients. This role requires someone who is skilled at engaging audiences online, creating compelling content, and converting social media interactions into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.). Create, schedule, and post engaging content, including images, videos, and promotional materials. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction. Monitor trends and analytics to optimize performance. 2. Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential clients. Utilize paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to boost visibility. Optimize content for SEO and social media reach. Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed. 3. Appointment Setting: Identify and connect with potential clients via social media, email, and calls. Initiate conversations and nurture leads through follow-ups. Schedule appointments with interested prospects for sales teams. Maintain a database of leads and interactions. Requirements Previous experience in social media management, marketing, or appointment setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to create eye-catching social media content. Experience with social media tools (Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead tracking. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
