Job Title: Remote English Customer Service Representative Company: Callnovo Inc Location: Remote Responsibilities: - Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage missed calls. - Handle online chats promptly, addressing customer service questions. - Complete a set number of email responses efficiently. - Collect and address customer suggestions and complaints to help optimize products and processes. - Learn and maintain product knowledge to fulfill customer requests. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. - Fluent in English, both spoken and written. - Strong stability and reliability in previous roles. - At least 2 years of e-commerce experience. - Technical support experience is a plus.
