As the Head of Collections, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our collection strategies and driving the performance of our team. This position requires a blend of strong negotiation skills, leadership experience, and a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Design and execute effective collection strategies, using multiple communication channels (phone, Whats App, email) to meet goals. - Team Management: Lead and motivate the team to exceed targets, ensuring daily performance is aligned with company objectives. - Methodology Development: Implement innovative collection methodologies, KPIs, and motivation systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policies. - Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Finance, Customer Service, and Legal to optimize processes and boost overall efficiency. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to senior management, driving continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Experience: 2–5 years in collections or sales leadership roles, ideally in fintech. Experience in either demonstrates the ability to lead and achieve results in dynamic environments. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (required). - Location: Must be available to work in Medellín. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. - Analytical thinking and results-driven mindset. - Advanced Excel & office tools proficiency. - Assertive and effective communicator. - Strong planning, organization, and decision-making under pressure.
