Key Responsibilities (Operations Intern): Use spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to collect and analyse data, such as revenue figures & customer information. Assist in managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and updating customer records. Generate reports and dashboards with the goal of providing insights and support in making data driven decisions. Support with identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement in dedicated department. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for dedicated roles, providing actionable insights to the global teams and management. Assist in forecasting activities by analysing historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors. Document standard operating procedures and guidelines for partnership-related processes, ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer within the team. Participate in specific projects or initiatives.
