Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to drive revenue growth in our digital sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the digital sales team, supporting the Regional Digital Sales Leader. This includes developing and refining the overall digital sales strategy, taking into account market trends, competitor analysis, and organizational objectives. - Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and senior leadership. - Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver results-driven solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Strong ability to build relationships and effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
