What you will do We empower businesses through innovative digital transformation solutions, specializing in NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and Adaptive Insights platforms. We’re seeking a Technical Consulting Manager to lead the technical consulting function, driving end-to-end implementations of scripted customizations and data integrations. This is a leadership role where you’ll partner with clients and internal teams, delivering technical excellence and system architecture expertise to help clients achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities As a Technical Consulting Manager, you will: Client Delivery & Technical Leadership Serve as a proactive advocate for clients during engagements, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Collaborate with functional teams to design and deliver custom solutions aligned with client requirements. Lead technical discovery and requirements-gathering workshops to assess client needs and goals. Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs. Architect technical solutions, including process mapping, customizations, and integrations, ensuring alignment with leading practices. Draft technical design documents for client review and approval. Define data conversion and migration strategies, leading related technical activities. Oversee and execute technical phases of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Interface Testing (SIT). Provide post-go-live technical support and troubleshooting as needed. Team & Project Management Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Develop team strategies to meet project milestones and exceed client expectations. Oversee employee schedules, time entry cadence, and adherence to standards and guidelines. Track team activity, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and within project scope and budget. Lead technical project management activities, including status meetings, planning, and change control. Internal Growth & Enablement Contribute to internal initiatives, such as go-to-market strategies, knowledge sharing, and training enablement. Participate in scoping new projects, providing technical insights to support business development. Support resource allocation and onboarding, helping team members upskill and thrive in their roles. Qualifications Proven experience with NetSuite and Coupa platforms, focusing on customizations, integrations, and technical architecture. Expertise in leading technical workshops, process mapping, and solution design. Strong technical documentation skills, including drafting technical design specifications and wireframes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Experience mentoring and leading consulting teams, driving professional development. Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge, collaborate, and align stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of data migration strategies and best practices. A passion for digital transformation and delivering client value. Preferred Skills Certifications in NetSuite and/or Coupa. Prior experience in professional services or consulting firms. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Advanced PDF & Freemarker.
