Publisher Sales Director Job Description Are you a results-driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital media sales, with experience managing and growing strategic publisher accounts. They will also possess strong analytical skills, including comfort with forecasting and pipeline management. - Main Responsibilities: - Lead a team of account managers and sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth. - Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing publisher accounts and acquire new ones. - Manage and analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive collective success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead senior client relationships and identify up-sell/optimization opportunities at scale. Requirements: - A minimum of 13 years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong track record of managing and growing strategic publisher accounts. - Proven success in consultative selling to senior stakeholders and negotiating complex commercial deals. - Experience overseeing both new business development and account expansion strategies. - Demonstrated experience leading and coaching high-performing sales and account management teams within a matrixed or global organization. - Ability to inspire and develop talent through clear direction, active support, and a focus on learning and development. - Skilled at managing performance and driving alignment toward team goals. - Deep understanding of the South Korean digital media landscape, especially within the publishing sector. - Fluency in Korean and English, with the ability to navigate local cultural and business nuances effectively. - Strong analytical capabilities, including comfort with forecasting, pipeline management, performance metrics, and reporting. - Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
