Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Sports Data Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall success of tracking and event validation for multiple sports leagues around the world. The specialist will assist the team to process live tracks, validate sports-specific markings and events, handle day-to-day activities, develop and implement future strategies, and work closely with department leadership to meet expectations and objectives. Main Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a large and diverse international staff of peers. - Maintain and develop documentation. - Influence operational staffing decisions in synchronization with engineering development and client service-level agreements. - Be the knowledge bank for game operations to identify and troubleshoot system failures. - Offer operational support on game days. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: - Bilingual in Spanish and English. - A strong tolerance for repetitive tasks. - Knowledge and experience with definitional sports terms and markings. - Prior experience with making time-critical judgment calls regarding live data processing, engineering support. - Prior experience collaborating live with remote colleagues. - Understanding of the current landscape and recent past of major professional sports leagues.
