About the Role This senior role requires a unique blend of leadership, cross-cultural communication, and market expertise. You'll be responsible for developing and executing regional distribution strategies that drive sales growth, improve market share, and expand brand presence across the Outer Caribbean region. - Job Description: - Lead the commercial strategy and sales execution for our distributors in the Outer Caribbean region. Develop and manage relationships with key distributors, ensuring high performance through regular business reviews, joint business planning, and capability development. Identify growth opportunities across markets and drive the execution of route-to-market strategies. Streamline distribution and logistical processes, increase reach, improve local market knowledge, cost savings, scalability, and cost savings through the correct Master Distributor definition and implementation. Lead annual forecasting and planning processes in collaboration with distributors and internal stakeholders (Supply – Demand Planning). Ensure compliance with contracts, trade terms, and pricing across the region. - Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strategic & Commercial Acumen: - Expertise in building and optimizing distributor networks. - Ability to develop, manage, and execute strategic business plans with clear KPIs. - Understanding of profit and loss statements, pricing strategies, and trade spend optimization. - Strong skills in interpreting market data, competitive trends, and forecasting. - Distributor & Relationship Management: - Experience onboarding, training, and improving distributor performance. - Strong ability to negotiate trade terms, pricing, and service levels. - Skilled at building long-term relationships with both internal and external partners. - Leadership & Communication: - Comfort working with diverse cultures across the Caribbean region. - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain). - Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading a team (even indirectly through distributor teams). - Benefits: - Fostering a Collaborative Culture: Our company values diversity, inclusion, and respect in the workplace.
