Job Title: RTR Manager Location: Bogotá Colombia About the Role: - Leadership Responsibilities: As an RTR Manager, you will lead our team and ensure the accurate and fair accounting of our company operations. You will also provide technical support and advice to business partners, interpret reports and data, and communicate with colleagues across multiple locations and cultures. - Purpose: Your main purpose is to be responsible for operational, day-to-day management of financial data to ensure financial control. This includes ensuring control procedures are closely adhered to in line with global processes and standards. - Accountabilities: You will be accountable for leading the RTR team, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for the RTR team and maintain strict compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Additional Requirements: You will take full ownership of Record-to-Report (RTR) activities from both business and technical standpoints. You will also foster a culture of high engagement by training, coaching, and empowering team members, and supporting their skill development.
