Job Title: Smart Automation Manager Are you a motivated and results-driven professional looking to take on a leadership role in Smart Automation? The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing Smart Automation / Operations in Colombia, ensuring business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Leads and fosters a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. - Defines and manages projects to implement core RA program capabilities, aspects of the operating model, RA standards, or measure adherence to RA Standards. - Ensures the development team delivers according to the initiative's vision and goals by guiding it throughout the product lifecycle, facilitating daily scrums, managing product owner expectations, tracking project status, and documenting key decisions. - Maintains accountability within the team, resolves conflicts, captures retrospectives, and supports continuous improvement practices. Requirements: We are looking for a highly organized and capable individual with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have: - A Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of professional experience (7+ preferred; post-secondary degree desirable). - Understanding of core banking processes and systems; experience in financial services preferred. - At least 3 years of experience with Power Platform. - 3+ years of people management and leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an agile environment. - Certified Scrum Master with experience leading Scrum teams and/or project management expertise in agile practices. - Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
