Partner Ecosystem Analyst We are looking for a highly skilled Partner Ecosystem Analyst to join our team at Movate. This individual will report to the Senior Director of Partner Ecosystem, driving the performance of Client's Partner Program and the overall Ecosystem through in-depth analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide timely financial and business analytics to support decision-making by partners and organizational stakeholders. - Process Improvement: Develop actionable roadmaps to enhance workflows and processes, and lead OKR development to focus team efforts on key initiatives. - Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret complex data for multiple stakeholders within Business Development and Partnerships. - Ecosystem Knowledge Management: Maintain current knowledge bases on all ecosystem partnerships to educate internal and external stakeholders. - Team Collaboration: Regularly participate in team meetings to assess issues, identify improvements, and drive operational efficiency. - New Client Onboarding: Collaborate with our internal Specialist team to onboard new brand clients and ensure partner compliance with best practices. - Reporting and Billing: Work with client's billing and accounting teams to drive established reporting, billing, and collections with partners. - Partner Performance Analysis: Investigate client's addressable market to identify partnership opportunities and provide recommendations for areas of focus, improvement, and further opportunity. Requirements: - Experience: 2+ years in an analyst role. - Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills, including collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately. - Independence: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently. - Problem-Solving: Outstanding ability to solve problems using available resources and thoughtfully explain resolutions and best practices. - CMS Experience: Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools. - BI Tools: Experience with Looker, Tableau, or comparable BI tools. - Database Management: Basic database management skills.
