About the Role "> As a strategic leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen department, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in food preparation. Your expertise will be pivotal in selecting, training, developing, and evaluating employees and managers to meet our high standards. "> The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of culinary management principles, with a proven track record of driving labor and operating efficiencies through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control. "> You will work closely with colleagues to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and cleanliness protocols. A strong communicator, you will foster an awareness of the importance of food preparation and quality among team members.
