You will collaborate closely with leadership by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across various channels, with a heavy emphasis on experimentation, optimization, and scaling to achieve sustainable business expansion; Key Responsibilities - Strategic Planning: Identify target markets, develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and set KPIs to measure success. - Campaign Execution: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels like paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages. - Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation initiatives to attract qualified potential customers. - Customer Acquisition: Optimize the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates and drive new user sign-ups. - Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers and encourage upgrades to higher subscription tiers. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, extract actionable insights, and make data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies. - A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test different marketing approaches to identify the most effective tactics for maximizing ROI. - Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth customer journey. Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on experience as a SaaS growth marketing professional - Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle - Experience with the AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics - Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics - Data analysis and interpretation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience with marketing automation tools - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to think creatively and experiment with new marketing strategies
