Join our development forces in deploying the code that powers the performance of the Infobip platform. **Job Description**: As a **Client Security Specialist**, you will work directly with client facing teams and clients, ensuring support to the clients during their entire life cycle regarding all relevant security questions while also protecting Infobip's platform and services from unjustified cyber risk. This includes security guidance, customization of client facing documents, facilitation of all types of audits and enforcement off security anti-fraud controls defined by security or product development. Your role and responsibilities in **LATAM** region (and in case of need help in other regions) you will: - own the review process of security related clauses within agreements with Clients/Partners - own the process of helping other client/partner facing teams like Professional Services, Sales and Operator Partnership by answering the Security questionnaires asked by potential Clients/Partners and helping the teams in RFI/RFP process - regularly update the security knowledge base documents - help Technical Account Management, Professional Services and Operator Partnership to onboard Clients/Partners based on security recommendations - participate in writing of specific client guidelines for secure platform use with the help of other Security teams - participate in Third Party Security Audits (TPSA) initiated by Clients/Partners by collecting evidence and driving meetings - participate in external certification audits by collecting evidence and driving meetings - provide Security Awareness training for Client/Partner facing teams - drive Client/Partner meetings in regard to security topics - inform Clients/Partners about imminent security threats - coordinate escalation process towards the Clients/Partners after a confirmed data breach or security incident - participate in all regulatory, law enforcement escalation and reporting in case of a security incident - monitor security events that might indicate impact on IB platform and clients - help and be backup from client security in the similar time zones (i.e. US) **Qualifications**: **More about you**: - You have previous experience (at Infobip or before joining us) in client communication, support, technical presentations, analytics or similar roles and now you want to expand your knowledge and expertise in area of information security governance processes - You have good knowledge about IB platform and product and at least basic knowledge about internal support tools - You have a engineering background and passion for IT and technology - You have strong analytical and investigative skills combined with the ability to navigate through large amounts of data in order to gather critical information - You are familiar with ISO27001 or similar industry certificates - You prefer dynamic coverage of broad spectrum of security areas over “hard core” security engineering activities - You can present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence - You speak fluently to clients, partners, and colleagues alike, and have great command of Spanish and English.
