This role is focused on providing exceptional customer support to bank clients, handling inquiries about accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital banking services.. What you’ll be doing: As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering solutions with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities include resolving issues, guiding clients through banking procedures, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience that aligns with the bank’s service standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong communication skills. Experience in customer service or the banking/financial sector is a plus. Fluency in English and familiarity with digital banking tools are highly valued.
