In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and helping resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally. What you’ll be doing: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions or concerns Provide product/service information to customers Troubleshoot issues and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate departments Record and update customer information in the database accurately Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service Meet individual and team performance targets The TOP Team is looking for someone who has: B2 English level. Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude. Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
