As a Change and Problem Analyst, you will lead the design, execution, and improvement of change management processes within our IT organization. This role is responsible for ensuring minimal disruption to IT services while enabling rapid delivery of changes and releases. You will collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement process improvements. Responsibilities: - Change Management: - Organize and facilitate CAB meetings to discuss proposed changes. - Develop and manage change management processes. - Oversee the lifecycle of all changes from request to implementation and closure. - Problem Management: - Develop and implement problem management processes. - Coordinate problem investigations and identify causes of IT incidents. Qualifications: - Engineering degree or related experience. - Experience in change, release, and problem management preferred. - ITIL certification and Agile methodologies (SAFe and Scrum) knowledge desired.
