While optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority. We are a US-based company seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will assist with accounting responsibilities to maintain accurate financial records and reports, support property management tasks, and provide exceptional customer support. Responsibilities: Preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable. Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests. Support the accounting team in preparing financial reports and analysis. Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate tenant and property owner records, documenting all interactions and transactions. Serve as a main point of contact for property owners, tenants, and prospective tenants, ensuring professional and courteous assistance. Address and resolve tenant issues, including maintenance requests, rent payment inquiries, and lease clarifications. Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks. Experience in social media marketing, such as managing websites, Facebook, and Google Ads, is a plus. Qualifications: Certificate or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in property management, customer support, or accounting roles is advantageous. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Appfolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, Rentec), accounting software, and MS/Google Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and property management processes. Availability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
