Role Summary "> We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our B2B sales team in Colombia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic account management. "> Key Responsibilities "> 1. Categorize accounts by sales type to develop targeted growth plans and guide sales activities accordingly. 2. Hedging short- and mid-term account risks (inventory, collateral, payment, etc.) and ensuring pricing compliance with contracts. "> Opportunities to Excel "> Areas of Expertise "> 1. Account analysis by sales type: Participate in the categorization of accounts and develop growth plans based on their business type. 2. Sales activity management: Manage the feasibility of sales activities aligned with sales/marketing plans to achieve common goals, including setting guidelines for ROI analysis and sales activities related to ATL and BTL. 3. Volume management: Analyze product volume, logistics, sales, and inventory for accounts. 4. Risk management: Identify potential financial risks in collateral limits, orders, and payments. 5. Retail channel management: Ensure contract terms, pricing policies, and distribution channels are aligned. "> Requirements "> • Experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of specialized areas; capable of resolving a wide range of issues creatively. "> • Ability to analyze data and evaluate factors to solve problems of diverse scope, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques. "> • Typically receives minimal instruction for daily tasks and general guidance for new assignments. "> • Usually requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
