Job Opportunity: Sales Director About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team across Europe. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy, managing key accounts, and driving commercial performance and strategic growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the sales strategy across the EU region to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability goals - Lead and manage the regional sales team, ensuring strong execution, pipeline development, and performance management - Build and maintain relationships with key OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners - Identify and develop new business opportunities across both mature and emerging markets in the region - Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, finance, and operations to align sales efforts with overall business goals Requirements: - 10+ years of sales experience in the automotive sector, with at least 5 years in a regional or leadership role - Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing large customer accounts in a multi-country setting - Strong understanding of automotive supply chain dynamics, customer requirements, and regional market differences - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities - Experience in leading and motivating cross-border, multicultural teams - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills - Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
