Job Description The Customer Success RV Manager forthe Andean Cluster will lead a team of Associate Managers,Executives, and Analysts across Colombia, Venezuela, Perú, andEcuador. The role involves guiding, coaching, and holding the teamaccountable to deliver analyses and insights using NIQ tools,platforms, and services, aligned with NIQ standards and servicemodels. The goal is to ensure clients receive insights onindustries, markets, and consumers to make informed businessdecisions. The Manager will also drive NIQ's Retail mission throughthought leadership in forums and events, coach the team to developtop-tier materials and analyses, and ensure the achievement of KPIsfor all retailers in the cluster. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead ateam of Managers, Executives, and Analysts for the entire AndeanCluster (Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, and Ecuador). 2. Guide, coach,and develop team members; provide timely feedback and recognitionto maintain high performance and professional standards. 3. Promotethe Retail team’s mission via thought leadership in forums andevents. 4. Partner proactively with senior retail stakeholders toposition NIQ as their preferred partner. 5. Monitor and manage keyRetail CS KPIs such as NPS, QBOs, lead generation, platformadoption, knowledge expansion, and engagement scores. 6. Manageclient expectations regarding project scope, prioritization, anddeadlines, aligning with JBP priorities. 7. Ensure the teamdelivers high-quality analyses and impactful insights to enhancecustomer satisfaction. 8. Collaborate with AD counterparts toidentify and generate new business opportunities, supportingincremental sales. 9. Address potential roadblocks and coordinatewith senior stakeholders to resolve them.
