Founded in 1986, we are a leading provider of business process and technology management services, offering analytics-driven back-office and customer-facing solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will perform duties including:End-to-end project or program management, covering:Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement/Subcontractor, and Stakeholder ManagementManaging all project phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, and ClosureApplying NICE project management methodologies, defining tasks, preparing plans, monitoring progress, managing scope and changes, motivating the team, and providing performance feedbackServing as the primary contact for projects, representing NICE or the Business Unit in internal and external forums, and advising clients on roadmaps and ROI maximizationProactively managing issues, providing visibility, and escalating as neededReporting project status accurately to stakeholders at regular intervalsManaging project revenue and forecasts, updating management systems accordinglyAssessing delivery quality and efficiency, providing lessons learned, and contributing to methodology improvementsParticipating in the broader Project Management community for continuous improvementQualificationsProficient in English communication (B2 or higher)At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading teams in a matrix environment, with experience managing international clientsExperience managing projects for consulting or software organizations delivering solutions to external clientsExperience managing the full software SDLC, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutionsAbility to manage complex, dynamic, and multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience managing IT, Telephony, and Software projectsStrong customer relationship management skillsAbility to address business and technical issues effectivelyWillingness to work in a dynamic, global team environmentStrong business acumenExperience in revenue forecast and budget managementPMP certification is desirableBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields #J-18808-Ljbffr
