Job Description The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring game integrity, supervising team members and maintaining high standards of operational quality and appearance. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Incident Resolution: Identify and resolve any incidents that may impact studio operations in a timely and efficient manner. - Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. - Operational Monitoring: Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly and identify potential issues. - Staff Supervision: Oversee team members' attendance, performance and adherence to company standards. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: - Industry Experience: Previous experience in live casino or iGaming industry preferred. - Skills and Qualifications: Comprehensive understanding of live casino operations, conflict management abilities, advanced PC skills (Office 365) and excellent communication skills.
