This role ensures accurate revenue recognition, supports financial closings and audits, and plays a key role in improving our financial processes and team development. Key Responsibilities - Ensure accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition. - Monitor collections and follow up on overdue accounts. - Support the monthly close process and financial reporting. - Review transactions for compliance with policies and regulations. - Collaborate on internal and external audits. - Improve accounting processes and drive automation where possible. - Lead and coach the accounting team. - Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Payroll, and Project teams.
