Descripción general estamos en busca de un representante de cuentas por cobrar (bilingüe- eng) , responsable de las actividades contables diarias del negocio, con un enfoque principal en cuentas por cobrar y servicio al cliente. principales funciones: - asistir con el procesamiento de pagos con tarjeta de crédito, solución de problemas de pagos en línea a través de bill trust y aplicar todos los pagos/créditos a las cuentas correctas de los clientes, ya sea por teléfono o correo electrónico. - coordinar con la oficina central las solicitudes de reembolso a clientes por pagos duplicados o en exceso. - coordinar la aplicación de pagos no aplicados junto con el grupo de cuentas por pagar/cuentas por cobrar (ap/ar) en la oficina central. - liquidar pagos pendientes en cuentas de clientes o cuentas cod (pago contra entrega). - dar seguimiento a consultas recibidas de los negocios de sgs y clientes relacionadas con pagos, cobros o problemas de facturación. - supervisar las tareas de cuentas por pagar/cuentas por cobrar, incluyendo, pero no limitado a: - gestionar llamadas o correos electrónicos entrantes de clientes. - procesar toda la facturación a clientes. - procesar pagos de clientes y asistir al corporativo con pagos no aplicados. - responder a preguntas e inquietudes de los clientes. - asistir en la gestión de cobranzas, según sea necesario, para minimizar cuentas por cobrar pendientes y el dso (días de ventas pendientes de cobro). requisitos: - formación académica: tecnólogo o profesional en administración, finanzas o carreras afines - nivel de ingles: c1 (conversac...
