The aim is to deliver incremental monetization results. - Conduct thorough analysis of behavior and activity data of LIVE users and creators; explore and optimize event and campaign strategies based on data analysis and market research. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage special initiatives with campaigns and events to motivate creators' growth on the platform and achieve shared goals. - Gather valuable insights on how to better motivate creators to stay engaged and improve their live content, supporting operations teams. - C Coordinate with central teams on new product launches and global initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and positive impact within the market.
