Job Title: Senior Analyst, Global Communications Supervision About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Global Communications Supervision team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing GBM Communication Supervision Procedures, reviewing Alerts in the Quality Check process, and identifying improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain expert knowledge of Bank processes, policies, procedures, applications, and products related to Global Communications Supervision Procedures. - Execute GBM Communication Supervision Procedures and review Alerts in the Quality Check process to identify improvement opportunities. - Provide continuous improvement opportunities to reviewers based on observed quality trends. - B Bring observed quality issues to managers and supervisors to mitigate risk and align concepts in accordance with processes and the Bank's risk appetite. - Develop robust tools and strategies to effectively execute a quality check program. - Assist the Manager or Senior Manager in preparing reports of findings and recommendations for Communications Surveillance teams. - Keep track of QC reviews in the QC Tracker spreadsheet and appropriate tracking in the systems if necessary. - Actively identify process, technology, and systems improvement opportunities, and participate as appropriate in the implementation process. Requirements: - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiating skills. - Strong written and verbal skills (must be able to prepare documentation and interact effectively with other Bank departments). - Good accountability and time-management skills. - Thorough knowledge of Bank's regulations, policies, procedures, operations, and functions (preferred but not required). - Working knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of Global Banking & Markets business units and related business functions across Canadian & International Banking units including various delivery channels. - Highly motivated; demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic business environment. - Strong proficiency of Excel. Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or accounting.
