Program Learning Specialist This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the capacity-building of program support and partnership, leading to the design of effective learning processes. The learning specialist will contextualize content and deliver live and virtual learning events in alignment with a national learning strategy. - The successful candidate will act as an advocate for child protection, understanding Christ's mandate to protect children and committing to prioritizing child protection considerations in all decision-making and tasks. - They will contextualize learning solutions for individual Frontline Church Partners (FCPs) and maintain materials for learning solutions based on analysis of identified needs. They will also prepare for and address participant inquiries about subject matter. - The learning specialist will deliver formal and informal learning solutions in areas such as child development, child protection, developmental mindset, health interventions, and others. - They will create a dynamic learning environment to meet specific learning objectives, guiding participants through structured learning and interaction using various facilitation techniques. - The role may involve auditing and evaluating existing content together with other cross-functional specialists, assessing needs and results, assisting with development of new learning programs, and modifying existing ones. Key Responsibilities The following are some key responsibilities of the role: - Design and deliver effective learning programs that meet the needs of our partners. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives. - Develop and maintain relationships with Frontline Church Partners (FCPs). - Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform program design and delivery. - Deliver training and technical assistance to FCPs and other stakeholders. Physical Demands This role requires sitting, standing, and/or walking for up to 8 hours per day. Occasional travel may be required.
