Job Responsibilities Review candidate documents for validity and veracity, then create a folder with documents, medical exam results, and contracts. Report to the Onboarding/TA Manager on audits related to recruiter information, ensuring minimum requirements match program needs. Manage the mass hiring process for assigned classes and waves. Request and verify demographic information from candidates, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Create tickets promptly according to program needs. Send training emails to newly hired employees with verified information. Maintain communication with candidates, providing a positive experience by being approachable, kind, and responsive, and advising on any doubts regarding the process or documents. Review personal information verification and offer details before generating and sending contracts. Verify and report new employee credentials. Coordinate with recruiters to ensure class headcount is complete and classes have started. Qualifications At least 6 months of administrative experience. B2 or above English proficiency is required. Excellent organizational skills. Structured approach to tasks. Ability to manage time efficiently and track multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office.
