Regional Sales Director - Outer Caribbean This is a senior role that requires strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and deep market knowledge to manage complex business environments across diverse island nations. About the Role The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, sales execution, and distributor relationship management across the Outer Caribbean region. This includes developing and implementing regional distribution strategies to achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement regional distribution strategies to drive revenue growth, sustained distribution gains, market share expansion, and brand presence through a network of third-party distributors. * Manage relationships with key distributors, ensuring high performance through regular business reviews, joint business planning, and capability development (assessment). * Identify growth opportunities across markets and drive execution of route-to-market strategies. * Streamline distribution & logistical processes, increase reach, improve local market knowledge, cost savings, scalability, and cost savings through the correct Master Distributor definition and implementation. * Lead annual forecasting and planning processes in collaboration with distributors and internal stakeholders (Supply – Demand Planning). * Ensure compliance with contracts, trade terms, and pricing across the region. Requirements * 7+ years of experience in sales or distributor management within FMCG, CPG, or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior role. * Deep understanding of the Outer Caribbean market landscape and distributor business models. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience managing P&L; and commercial planning. * Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to influence across cultures and organizational levels. * Fluent and proficiency in English. Work Environment * The position will be based in the Edgewell Bogotá offices. * Work schedule: Hybrid Model 2 times at office from 8:00am – 5:00PM * Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
