We are seeking an entry-level recruiter to join our team in Colombia. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles, including customer support representatives and partnership development representatives (similar to business development roles). The recruiter may also assist in hiring additional recruiters as the team grows. Responsibilities - Source, screen, and recruit candidates for customer support and partnership development roles in Colombia. - Assist in recruiting additional recruiters as needed. - Collaborate with the head of HR and other team members to understand hiring needs. - Utilize Lark and other communication tools to coordinate with the team. - Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities. Requirements - 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience. - Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. - Fluent in English (spoken and written). - Owns a laptop and is able to use basic office software. - Experience with Lark (or willingness to learn). - Strong communication and organizational skills.
