Job Title The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience to internal and external stakeholders. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding employees in the usage of self-service functionalities. Key responsibilities include: - Providing effective responses to inquiries from internal and external clients regarding policies and procedures. - Assessing and interpreting the level of complexity of employee inquiries, providing coaching (e.g., low-complexity issues), answering directly or escalating to appropriate parties for resolution. - Acting in an advisory role by providing end-user support for those interacting with HR systems, resolving issues and guiding employees in the usage of self-service functionalities where possible. - Ensuring positive and consistent experiences by striving for excellence in understanding client requests, streamlining service delivery, and identifying next steps. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational structure and complexity.
