Job Description We seek experienced Project Managers to join our multicultural teams worldwide for NICE Software Solutions, one of the world's largest IT solution multinationals. As a Project Manager, you will oversee planning and controlling project activities to deliver results on time, within budget, and with high quality. Lead risk and issue management efforts, create mitigation plans, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Main Responsibilities - End-to-end project management including scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, and stakeholder management. - Effective use of NICE project management methodology, processes, tools, techniques, and templates to manage projects from initiation to closure. - Single point of contact for assigned projects, representing NICE or Business Unit in internal and external forums. - Manage issues proactively, provide visibility to stakeholders, and escalate internally as needed. - Report project status accurately to internal and external stakeholders. - Manage revenue and forecasting, updating management systems accordingly. - Measure delivery quality and efficiency, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience as a PM in a matrix environment, with international client experience required. - Experience working as a project manager in consulting or software organizations delivering solutions to external clients. - Proven ability to manage complex and dynamic projects, including software SDLC. - Ability to form strong customer relationships and span business and technical issues. - Strong business acumen, orientation, and communication skills in English. - PMP Certification desirable. - Bachelor or Master's degree in systems engineering and related fields.
