About the Role:



We are looking for two highly driven Outbound Lead Generation Specialists to support our commercial workplace design and project management team. Your primary focus will be cold calling prospects, engaging decision-makers, and qualifying leads for our Business Development team.


Key Responsibilities:
Make 200 outbound calls daily to targeted business contacts. Engage and qualify at least 15 meaningful contacts per day. Generate and hand over 1–2 qualified leads per day to the Business Development team. Record and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system. Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements Exceptional spoken English with a neutral or near-native accent. Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telesales is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work setup.
